AUTUMN Reflecting on Spirituality and the Good life as autumn leaves fall. The arrival of autumn signals a beginning of the annual seasonal cycle. Autumn signifies the onset of the transition period from the warm and clear summer to that of the cold and dark winter. And while days used to be longer in summer with the sun rising at an earlier time in the morning and setting at a much later hour in the evening, autumn has equal hour lengths of days and nights. 6 Reason why you should love the Autumn. The new beginnings.
Honestly, when I was a child always loved the summer, when we got together with friends during school holidays, traveled with my parent to summer camps, those unforgettable memories. When I grew up I saw the summer to be a pig, hot sweating days and night. In September have seen the beginning the new beginnings, the kids back to the school, the parents have more free time for themselves.Adventures. Travel. Endless laughter. True friendships. Exciting opportunities. Lots of yoga and teaching. A little bit of romance. A deeper understanding of who we are and what we want.In September school is back in session, if we had a bad result last year, time to forget about and make it better in the new year. Decent Weather
The summers are too warm and humid, the springtime is unpredictable, and the winter is way too cold for us. Fall, however, is perfect. It's almost as a perfect mix of sun and clouds and a slight chill was combined together to create the best weather ever. In particular, I love feeling the contrast of a warm day followed by a chilly night. While I often miss the lazy days of summer spent poolside, nothing can compare with the perfect temperatures and soft breeze of an autumn afternoon.I’m especially grateful to have cooler temperatures considering the warmer weather that’s experienced in many other parts of the world. I consider it a blessing that we have such a nice transition to the cooler days of winter. Magical colors
“Autumn is a second spring when every leaf is a flower.” ~ Albert Camus The colors of autumn already around us. In other words, comfort food. In many ways, comfort is what the fall is all about for me. Fashion
